Lahti Lacrosse was established right after European Championships 2008 which was held in our hometown. First few years we played field lacrosse but 2012 Box Monkeys and couple other clubs finally decided to start Finnish box lacrosse league. After three seasons we have three silver medals. Players to watch: We have three runners and one goalie with WILC experience. #66 Pauli Nieminen: Classic scorer (and gentleman) whose office is just next to back pipe. #74 Valtteri Laaksonen: Soft hands with great work ethic. #15 Joni Jalvanti: Plays hard on D and if needed, one of our weapons on offence. #13 Janne Pasanen quick goalie with good reaction speed.
